These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TimberFlexi application and website (the "Service"), operated by TimberFlexi ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TimberFlexi is a software tool for recording timber measurement, naap, packing-list and related business records. We provide the Service on a subscription basis ("per seat"), with a free trial period as described at sign-up.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information (name, mobile number, company name, email) when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• A workspace owner may create and manage logins for their staff. The owner is responsible for those accounts.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your business.

3. Subscription, trial & payment

• New workspaces get a free trial of 30 days. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
• Pricing is per active user ("seat") per month as shown at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card/UPI details.

4. Your data

The business records you enter belong to you. We store them securely to provide the Service and process them as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or request deletion of your data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other workspaces' data, reverse-engineering or disrupting the Service, uploading unlawful content, or reselling the Service without our written permission.

6. Availability & "as is"

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. You are responsible for keeping your own backups where the app provides export/backup features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or for non-payment.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Anjar, Kachchh (Gujarat) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
