This Privacy Policy explains how TimberFlexi ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you use the TimberFlexi application and website (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number, email address and company/shop name.
• Business records you enter: measurement, naap, packing-list and related entries you create in the app.
• Technical data: basic log/device information needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we receive only limited confirmation details, not your full card/UPI credentials.

2. How we use it

• To provide, sync and back up the Service across your devices and team.
• To manage your subscription, billing and free trial.
• To provide support and send important account or service notices.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse.
• To analyse usage and improve the Service — to fix problems, improve existing features and develop new ones.

3. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored using our cloud infrastructure provider (Supabase) on secured servers. Access is restricted to your workspace through database security rules, so other companies cannot see your data.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting and the payment gateway), and only as needed to provide it — or when required by law.

5. Local storage / cookies

The app stores data on your device (for offline use and preferences such as language and theme). This is essential for the app to work offline. We do not use advertising trackers.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export your data from the app, and you may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law.

7. Your rights

8. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults (18+) and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
